What to include
A few details let us find the problem on the first reply.
- The email address you sign in with, and your workspace or website name.
- Which product: 8ight Sales OS, 8ight SEO & GEO, or the 8ight client panel.
- If it is about a connector: which assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) and what you asked it.
- What you expected, what happened instead, and the exact words of any error.
- When it happened, with your time zone. A screenshot helps.
- Never send a password, an API key or a sign-in code. We will not ask for one.
Connectors for Claude and ChatGPT
Both connectors sign you in with OAuth: you sign in on an 8ight page and allow access. There is no key to copy.
8ight Sales OS

Connect
- Open the 8ight Sales OS connector in your assistant (in Claude: Settings, Connectors; in ChatGPT: Settings, Apps).
- Choose Connect.
- Sign in to Sales OS on the page that opens, then choose Allow.
Disconnect
- Remove or disconnect the connector in your assistant's settings, or
- In Sales OS, open Settings, Connect, AI assistants and choose Remove next to the app.

8ight SEO & GEO

Connect
- Open the 8ight SEO & GEO connector in your assistant (in Claude: Settings, Connectors; in ChatGPT: Settings, Apps).
- Choose Connect.
- Sign in with your 8ight account on the page that opens and confirm.
Disconnect
- Remove or disconnect the connector in your assistant's settings.
- To have us end its access on our side as well, email daniel@8ight.ai and we revoke it.
